With only one more day left this year, I thought it might be fun to look back at some of my favorite memories of 2009. It was tough, but...here they are.

September
Celebrating my youngest sister's 9th birthday. Isn't she adorable!
And, my best friend Teresa's baby shower.
October
Landin Carter Judkins was born!
We found out we're having a little BOY!!
And had a party to reveal the news.
November
Eli and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary.
December
My sweet nephew Charlie turned one year old.
What a great year it's been. I know 2010 will be even better!! Happy New Year!
BCP: Baker Christmas Party
We had our annual Baker Family Christmas Party the day after Christmas at Eli's aunt and uncle's which is always a blast! We have a huge family with lots of cousins and lots of little ones. If I'm counting right, which I'm probably not, there are 15 little ones..with 4 on the way. So, needless to say, there is always a lot going on when we get together. This time was no exception. We ate, played a fun game of dirty santa, played the Name Game (a family favorite), and Family Feud on the Wii. Plus, we 'played' in the snow.
The guys built a slide for the kids to go down.
Which they loved.
And there was sledding...kind of.
Me & Eli
My cute sister-in-law Whitney and her 'pretty new' husband Jerod. :)
My brother-in-law Ben and his girlfriend Meghan
We were comparing bellies. (I think I beat him)
And some of the cousins. (Not everyone could make it)

Merry Christmas
This Christmas was a little different than normal, due the blizzard and all. We didn't get to see all of our family like usual, which makes me sad. But, we saw our nearby family, which makes me happy. Eli and I woke up early and had our Christmas together like always. This is our 10th Christmas together and the last one with just the two of us. Next year, we'll have a little boy crawling around. :) We decided to brave the 10 mile trek to his parent's house.
This is what the roads looked like..ice with snow on top.
We opened gifts inside and then went outside in the freezing cold for a little snow fun.
Making snowballs with gloves may not be the best idea.
The guys had to get out the 4-wheeler for a spin in the snow.
Then, we had our Christmas with my mom and Ian. We played some Wii, ate, laughed and opened gifts.
And poor Chloe had to endure a santa costume. We tried the Mrs. Claus one first, but she just looked mad wearing it.
We still have 3 more Christmas's to go! I will post pics of those in the next few days.
I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!

Snowed In
We finally are getting to have a white Christmas, and what a white Christmas it is. Sleet and snow all day long today kept us stuck at home. Eli's family braved the roads and came over for the day. Even though it was a 'blizzard' outside, I had to get a few pics of the snow.
One of me and the hubby...
Whitney and I decided to sit down in one of the big snow drifts. And I should have known, being 6 months pregnant, that it wasn't going to be easy getting back up. As soon as we sat down, the snow started blowing so hard I couldn't open my eyes. It was quite funny! (This photo is not flattering whatsoever :( )
Even Tucker decided to come out of his house for a quick photo.
And of course, we had to watch Christmas Vacation. Classic.
Stay warm!

Bad Blogger
I know...I'm no good at this whole blogging thing. I promise to be better. Maybe that should be my New Year's Resolution. Hmm... Anyways, here are some photos to catch you up.
We had our annual 'Girls Christmas Party' a couple weeks ago and it was a lot of fun as always. A little different this year though since there were 2 tiny boys there! We usually have it at our house, but it was at Audra's this year and she did such a good job making it so festive. Check out our spread. Yes...this much food for 5 girls.
We went with a PJ theme this year..mainly for comfort. :)
Here's Elijah checking out the Christmas ornaments when his mama wasn't looking.
And two of my very best friends with their favorite little men. Audra & Elijah and Teresa and new little/chunky Landin. Next year, I'll get to be in this picture with my little man.
Another big event was my nephew Charlie's 1st birthday! He had many, many family and friends there...lots of presents and most importantly..the cake.
He did not hold back, he LOVED it! So much that he had to have a bath afterwards. I just love him!
Merry Christmas Eve Eve. :)

Come on Santa...
I enter so many giveaways on the blogs I read and of all that I have entered, I've only won one time. Check out this giveaway for the EZView Desktop from The Original Scrapbox. How cool is this...maybe I'll have some Christmas luck on this one. :)
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year. And decorating our house is one of my favorite parts. This year Eli and his dad re-did our fireplace and I LOVE it!! Check out the before and after...and lots of other photos from around the house.
Fireplace before...yes, that's a window.
